PURPOSE: To stop and collect a traveling toy in a starting zone without fail by providing a current for stop supplying means to supply a constant current to a main guide line and to supply a zero current to an auxiliary guide line, and a switching means for the current supply.

CONSTITUTION: A traveling speed control volume 24 is adjusted through a main guide line 10a, auxiliary guide line 10b and timer 29, etc., and by changing the electrification amount of an FET 26, the traveling speed of a slot car is freely controlled. When the timer 29 is turned to time over, the slot car on the main guide line 10a is decelerated to the fixed speed determined by a volume 19 and continues traveling. On the other hand, the auxiliary guide line 10b is separated from the main guide line 10a by a relay open/close contact 23 and feeding from a voltage stabilizing circuit 16 is stopped to the auxiliary guide line 10b. Then the slot car is traveled onto the auxiliary guide line 10b in the starting zone and afterwards, it is stopped on the auxiliary guide line 10b.
