In a work wagon traveling transmission constructed in such a manner that main and sub-transmissions are provide to be capable of performing shift operations respectively by separately provided operating means of manual operation types, and a switching means SW is provided so as to be freely switched manually between a driving command state for switching a motor section to a driving state and a stop command state for switching the motor section to a driving stop state, an initial setting transmission means is provided for shifting of the sub-transmission to a set shift state following the switching of the driving state switching means SW from the stop command state to the driving command state.
