To provide a traveling vehicle having a simple-structured, easily adjustable mechanism for reducing the engine speed at turning of the vehicle.
A governor bracket 201 is fitted with a play on a governor control shaft 139 in a fuel injection pump device 100 as to be swingable round the shaft 139, and a governor control arm 210 controlled with a turning signal from a handle 16 is fixed on the shaft 139 in the device 100 to swing the bracket 201 with a pedal cable 206 and the like. A motor 230 for backing up a vehicle turning signal from the handle 16 and one end of the arm 210 are connected with a cable-inner 222 longitudinally-slidable in a cable-outer 221. Both outer 221 and inner 222 are structured as not to longitudinally expand or shrink, but to be flexible. The outer 221 is fixed at its one end to the bracket 201 and at the other end to a fixing member 225 in a traveling vehicle. The bracket 201 and the arm 210 fixed on the shaft 139 in the device 100 are connected with a spring 215.
