Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve brazing reliability for a vacuum envelop of a metal loaded element and realize a dispersion characteristic according to a purpose, by forming the metal loaded element with a metal element on the inner surface of the cylindrical vacuum envelop having a delay wave circuit spiral on the central axis, and by fixing a film-shaped brazing material film part to this.
SOLUTION: A metal loaded element 1 is constituted with a film-shaped brazing material film part 3 and a metal element 2 on the outer surface of the metal element 2, preferably with plating, deposition, sputtering or pressure connection of hard brazing material, preferably gold wax, and the brazing material film part 3 is heated in a furnace and brazed in a state of facing the inner surface of a vacuum envelop. The metal loaded element 1 has a two- layered structure to prevent deformation, and improves operability and mounting accuracy without requiring preparation of another brazing material in brazing. A structure where the facing surface between inner surface of the vacuum envelop of the metal loaded element 1 and a delay wave circuit spiral is bent is preferable, and effects to close adherence and dispersion characteristic gradient of the delay wave circuit are much increased.
