To reduce device cost and improve energy efficiency by simplifying constitution and control content for reducing the sum total of capacity of an electric motor and distributing driving force of the electric motor to each driving shaft when operating traveling body and working machine of a traveling working machine by making the electric motor as a driving source.

Driving torque of the first and second electric motors 5 and 6 is inputted into a torque distribution transmission mechanism. The driving torque of the first and second electric motors 5 and 6 is distributed and transmitted to the driving shaft 11a of the traveling body 13 and the driving shaft 12a of the working machine.
