When moving the slider 3 in the direction of the origin O in returning operation of the slider 3 to the origin O, by measuring a rotating speed of a motor M1 from when the sensors SE1 and SE2 detect the slider 3, even if a detecting sensor of the slider 3 is not arranged in an origin position O, after prescribed time passes, the arrival of the slider 3 at the origin O can be indirectly recognized.
