Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent uneven abrasion of a threading hole of an eyelet member by providing a rail member along moving width of a traverse guide and constantly pressing this rail member on an outer peripheral surface of the eyelet member by a spring mechanism.
SOLUTION: A rail member 18 is provided along moving width of a traverse guide 14. The rail member 18 is connected to a cam box 11 through a spring material 24 and is constituted to constantly pressurize an outer peripheral surface of an eyelet member 16. Roving R alternately rubs on both left and right surface parts of a peripheral surface of a threading hole 15 of the eyelet member 16 by longitudinal swinging, but the eyelet member 16 the outer peripheral surface of which abuts to the rail member 18 revolves in reciprocal directions in accordance with reciprocating movement of the traverse guide 14, and the roving R uniformly rubs an overall peripheral surface of the threading hole 15. Additionally, the rail member 18 constantly presses the outer peripheral surface of the eyelet member 16 by the spring material 24, and accordingly, the eyelet member 16 slides and revolves without separating from the rail member 18 even when it works for a long period o f time.
