Abstract:
To provide a lifting traverser with high safety capable of preventing persons and articles from accidentally falling to a pit.
Two lifters 4, 5 positioned immediately below and outside a running path of a vehicle are arranged to a pit 3. A conveying stand 7 is selectively put on both of the lifters 4, 5, and when both of the lifters 4, 5 are fully lowered, the conveying stand 7 can be re-put on both of the lifters 4, 5. Because the pit 3 is clogged by both of the lifters 4, 5 when the lifting traverser is not used, persons or articles will not fall to the pit 3. Because persons and trucks can freely travel on the raised lifters 4, 5, a space can be efficiently utilized.
