A rotating body 5 which is in contact with the inclined rail 1, and rotates in accordance with movement of the carrier 2; a slider 6 which slides by interlocking with rotation of the rotating body 5; and an elastic member 7 which elastically deforms in accordance with slide of the slider 6 are arranged on the carrier 2.
