Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a traverse device for an on-rail traveling dolly, with which the cycle time of traversing can be shortened.
CONSTITUTION: A traverse device is provided for an on-rail traveling dolly, which travels on a pair of rails R1, R2 and has wheels capable of rotating left and right, wherein rails for traversing 1 having the same spacing as the inter-wheel distance L1 fore and aft of the dolly are arranged in the direction perpendicular to the traveling rails R1, R2, and switch rails 2 for changing over the rail connection direction are installed with possibility of revolving in the part where the two rails R1, R2 intersect the traversing rails 1.
