Abstract:
To lower heights of trays which are piled up after use while securing the stability of the piled-up trays.
A workpiece is placed on a tray 10. On the undersurface of the tray 10, there is fixed a leg 13 in which, when the trays 10 are piled up in a height direction while uniforming directions of the trays 10, a gap in the height direction is secured between the tray 10 and the other tray that is positioned at the lower side. In the tray, there is formed a through-hole 14 into which the leg 13 can be inserted at a position to which the leg 13 comes when changing the direction of the tray 10 by 180° from a direction when piled up in the height direction.
