Abstract:
PURPOSE: To stack lifted packages and save the space for storage by mounting the package on a tray protruded with a peg on a board, and conveying the tray in the properly tilted state.
CONSTITUTION: A package is mounted and conveyed on a tray 13 protruded with a peg 12 at the center of a board 11. This tray conveying system is provided with a tray tilting device 16 for tilting the tray 13 starting from one side 15 of the board 11 to convey the tray 13 in the properly tilted state from the package receiving point to at least the position of a yarn end processor. The tilted tray 13 is shifted along a support guide by a roller conveyor. The tray tilting device 16 is provided with a support frame 21 coupled on the back side of the board 11 and a link mechanism 26 for transmitting rotation to the support frame 21 by a rotating motor 22 via a bracket 23. The packages can be conveyed in the stacked state.
