To provide a tray device for a nurse cart, capable of solving drawback in which the wall surface of a tray gets dusty.
A tray 42 has: a flat bottom wall 42a which is substantially rectangular in plan view and has no unevenness; an inner upright wall which is upright on four surroundings of the bottom wall and formed of a flat wall; and an outer upright wall 42c which is flat and formed by folding back the upper end of the inner upright wall at an angle of substantially 180°. A slide rail 82 for supporting the tray includes: a bracket portion 82b which is attached to the opposite inner surfaces of right and left struts and has a horizontal root; and a rail portion 82d which is formed by being made vertically upright from the front end of the root side and is extended in the horizontal direction of the base frame. The rail portion of the slide rail is inserted between the inner upright wall and the outer upright wall on right and left side of the tray, and thus, the rail supports the tray so as to slide forward and backward, and the rail portion is covered with the in- and outer-upright wall of the tray, in the cover, and prevented from being seen.
