Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray for heating cart that has features that, firstly it has such high durability as to be hardly fractured and be prevented from electrical failures, secondly it has a high waterproofing property and can be cleaned easily, thirdly it can generate heat on both of the upper and lower surfaces, and fourthly those can be realized simply and easily.
SOLUTION: This heating cart is provided with a box-shaped enclosure having a door and casters, guide rails that are so fixed on the inside surfaces of the right and left side plates of the enclosure as to take a form of multiple pairs horizontally as well as multiple steps vertically, and plate-like trays 4 that are stored in the enclosure and held by the guide rails removably in the form of vertically arranged multiple shelf-like tiers and heat up food in dishes placed on them. Each tray 4 is in the form of a sandwitched structure composed of a heating body 12 that is shaped like a plate and generates heat by being fed with electric power, and two metal sheets 13 that are individually placed on the upper and lower faces of the heating body 12 used as a core material for them and are then bonded together.
