Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray for a light heating cart which can lower a material cost by reducing the number of parts, and lower a manufacturing cost by simpli fying of an assembling process and shortening assembly time, tray, and a manu facturing process of which a process of keeping an adhesion sealing material till it is hardened is omitted, therefore a facility cost and a space are raved, an assembling process is simplified and assembling time is reduced, and fixing of attachment is strengthened.
SOLUTION: First of all, with this tray 9, a base frame 24 of a heater 11 is integrated with a tray body 22 being a part of the tray body 22. Secondly, with this tray 9, a heating plate 23 of the heater 11 is fixed with a combination of a locking structure and an adhesion structure to the base frame 24.
