This tray jig 10 has a first tray 16 having one or more first openings 14 formed at a main surface 12 and a second tray 22 having one or more second openings 20 formed at a main surface 18, and transfers the workpieces 30 from the first tray 16 to the second tray 22 by overlapping face-to-face the main surface 12 of the first tray 16 with the main surface 18 of the second tray 22. Each of the second openings 20 of the second tray 22 is an opening at a second recessed part 32 formed at the second tray 22. The part of the bottom 32b of the second recessed part 32 opposing the first opening 14 when overlapping the first tray 16 with the second tray 22 has a workpiece placing surface 34. The workpiece mounting surface 34 is formed in a position lower than the bottom 32b of the second recessed part 32.
