Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-faced chopping board which, when food materials are cut for preliminary arrangements by using a tray type chopping board, eliminates need of transferring the materials into a separately prepared tray and which, after the materials are cut, can preserve them by putting in a refrigerator as they are and also make simple cooking possible by adding seasoning.SOLUTION: A tray and a chopping board are separate items, however, in the double-faced chopping board, after food materials are cut, they can be preserved as they are in a refrigerator, or can be simply cooked by adding seasoning. For this purpose, the side face of a flat chopping board is inclined, making it a tray shape so that both sides are usable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
