The tray oven (T) includes: the lifting transporting apparatus (3) for transferring the baking tray in the upper direction in the baking chamber (2); the lowering transporting apparatus (4) for transferring thereof in the downward direction; the upper transferring apparatus (5) for transferring the baking tray from the upper part of the lifting transporting apparatus (3) to the upper part of the lowering transporting apparatus (4); and a lower transferring apparatus (6) for transferring from the lower part of the lowering transporting apparatus (4) to the lower part of the lifting transporting apparatus (3). The upper transferring apparatus (5) includes: guide members (51 and 52); a moving body (53) having a feeding frame (533) movable along the guide members (51 and 52) for pushing the baking tray; and a link apparatus (55) for moving the moving body (53).
