Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray pack for packaging agricultural products and a method for transferring and inserting tray packs into a container wherein the packs can be stably and correctly taken out one by one from a group of stacked tray packs by a separate take-out device and also can be reliably transferred and inserted into the container.
SOLUTION: The tray pack 1 for packaging agricultural products used in an agricultural product casing device including a sucking body for suction- holding agricultural products and putting in the tray pack comprises protrusions as plane suction spaces 7 where the sucking body can be sucked to at least two opposite portions along an outer periphery of the tray pack. The plane protrusions 3, 4 of a predetermined shape formed outside the outer periphery of the tray pack 1 and a plane margin along the outer periphery of the tray pack out of storage recesses connected to the protrusions 3, 4 may form a suction space 5 where the sucking body can be sucked.
