CONSTITUTION: A tray 1 is used for receiving and housing a plurality of pieces of food arranged in a predetermined manner, wherein the tray 1 comprises a plurality of first line fixing parts 4 arranged on the tray 1 for supporting an end of the food at a higher position than the other end and a plurality of second line fixing parts consisting of a pair of partitions 6a standing on the tray 1 corresponding to the respective first line fixing parts 4, while the plurality of pieces of food are arranged by positioning the other end of the food between pair of partitions 4a on the tray 1.
