Abstract:
To provide a tread rubber forming method capable of efficiently forming tread rubber including three rubber layers and a conductive layer in a jointless manner.SOLUTION: A tread rubber forming method S1 includes: a first step of forming a base layer 1; a second step of forming a first intermediate layer 21 on a part of an outer peripheral surface of the base layer 1; a third step of forming a first cap layer 31 by lapping a third rubber strip GS3 onto an outer peripheral surface of the first intermediate layer 21; a fourth step S14 of forming a conductive layer 4 by lapping a conductive fourth rubber strip GS4 from a position contacting the base layer 1 to an outer peripheral surface of the first cap layer 31; and a fifth step of forming a second cap layer on an outward side in a radial direction of the base layer 1 such that a part of the conductive layer 4 is exposed on an outward side in a radial direction of the tread rubber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
