Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a lock pin which is pierced through an inside axle and an outside axle to be fixed from sticking and to ensure vertical locking of the inside axle in an axle which is so constructed that the inside axle is freely moved forward and backward to the outside axle.
CONSTITUTION: An engaging groove 39 is formed on the inner end in the width direction of a car body of an inside axle 20 to be engaged with a lock bar 40 provided on the outside axle 16 side when the inside axle draws in the vehicle traveling position, whereby the inside axle 20 is surely locked in the vertical direction. A lock pin 36 of a lock device 24 is passed through only one rear wall 16A in the longitudinal direction of the outside axle 16 and inside axle 20 to ensure unlocking operation.
