To provide a treading exercise device which automatically counts and indicates the number of treading exercise motions to control the exercise and enables the exercise with pleasure.
This treading exercise device is constituted of treads 1 on which one stands and steps, load meters 2 measuring the variation of load which the treads 1 receive, and a display 3 connected to the load meters 2 through a circuit so as to indicate data measured by the load meters 2 in a real time system. The load counters 2 are directly provided under the treads 1 or tread bases are provided thereunder. The display 3 is separately provided from the treads 1 and a warning part 5 informing data with light or sound is provided in the display 3 to enable arbitrary setting of a load target and a loading time on the indicator 3. An electronic control means 6 is installed to issue an alarm with light and sound at the warning part 5 when the load target is not achieved in one time of load variation.
