To provide a treated aluminum alloy plate with a low cost, which has a surface excellent in formability and adhesivity after coating.
A treated aluminum alloy plate has a coating on one side or on each of both sides of the surfaces of a substrate. The coating has inorganic compound particles having particle sizes of 0.001-5 μm, which are deposited with a coverage of 20-80% when the coverage is measured at any place having the area of 100 μm2, and contains a phosphate in an amount of 0.8-3.0 g/m2, fluorine in an amount of 0-50 mg/m2 and Na in an amount of 0-25 mg/m2, which are coated on the inorganic compound particles, and in the coating, the weight ratio (Zn/P) of the content of zinc to that of P is controlled to be in the range of 2.5-4.5.
