To suppress the leakage of inner materials from the holes of a body and improve the workability of the body treatment to suppress the leakage of the inner materials.
A closing member 16 for closing an opening 4a is detachably attached to an end of a cylindrical guide member 4. A water-absorbing agent 3 composed of powder of a water-absorbing resin is put into an end of the guide member 4. A columnar sealing member 2 composed of a water-swelling fiber is put into the guide member 4 at a side shifted to the other end relative to the water-absorbing agent 3 in the guide member 4. A pushing rod 5 is inserted from the opening 4b at the other end of the guide member 4. The opening 4a of the guide member 4 is inserted into the anus and the water-absorbing agent 3 and the sealing member 2 are pushed out into the rectum through the opening 4a by operating the pushing rod 5. The sealing member 2 is expanded by absorbing water in the body to seal the rectum and the water-absorbing agent 3 absorbs water in the body to suppress the leakage of the inner materials from the anus.
