PURPOSE: To obtain a safe shaping block whose outside peripheral surface is covered with a thin molten film of plastics by heating and compressing a mixture of disposable tools and materials in the vicinity of a melting temperature of plastics, etc., in a heating chamber, and subsequently cooling it.

CONSTITUTION: The upper face temperature of the inside surface and a bottom plate 4 of a heating chamber 1 is heated to nearly the melting point of plastics, etc., a throw-in port cover 5 is opened, a containing bag 19 of disposable tools and materials, etc., is thrown into the heating chamber 1, heated continuously for a suitable time by closing the throw-in port cover 5, and thereafter, the containing bag 19 is pressurized to prescribed pressure by a pressure plate 6. Subsequently, the pressurization is released, the pressure plate is allowed to ascend, and thereafter, the bottom plate 4 is fully opened, the pressure plate 6 is allowed to descend again, a heated and compressed body of the disposable tools and materials, etc., is pushed into a cooling cylinder 13, and after cooling is executed for a suitable time, a screw shaft 12 is rotated forward, and advanced together with a slide frame 14. A door plate 15 is pushed up by the cooling cylinder 13. By executing single opening of the cooling cylinder 13, a shaping block body whose outside peripheral surface is covered with a thin molten film of plastics is obtained.
