Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a treating device for an endoscope with improved operability smoothly bendable by drawing an operation wire of a multilumen tube with multiple lines of notches arranged in almost same directions with an interval and composing to be elastically deformed in a direction to narrowing the width of the notches.
CONSTITUTION: A multilumen tube 2 of this treating device for an endoscope is composed of an elastic material with a lumen 21 for operation wire insertion bored through in the axis direction at the outer periphery and a main lumen 22 bored through in the axis direction in the vicinity of the center to be utilized for endoscopic treatment. Notches 24 crossing almost rectangularly the notches 21 for operation wire insertion with a width gradually increasing toward the outside are fomaed on the tube 2 with an interval in the axis direction. Thus, the multilumen tube 2 becomes bendable within a range of the notches 24 formation by drawing an operation wire 9 inserted into the lumen 21 for operation wire insertion.
