To provide a treating method of a resin molded article which can shorten the working time by improving the drying efficiency and restrain the degradation accompanied by oxidation of the resin and to provide an apparatus therefor and the resin molded article.
Endless transfer belts are manufactured by centrifugal casting that uses a mold 2, using the heating driving unit 10 which heats the mold 2 in a manufacturing furnace 1 to 100°C or higher and rotates it, the charging unit 20 which injects a molding material 21 into the mold 2, the drying treatment unit 30 which directly jets superheated steam to the mold 2 and the resin molded article 33 each to remove the remaining solvent 22 by drying, and the exhaust unit 40 which exhausts the jetted superheated steam. Since the superheated steam having a heating value as much as 4-10 times of the hot air is used to dry off the solvent 22, the drying efficiency of the solvent 22 is improved and the working time for the treatment can be sharply shortened.
