Abstract:

To make it possible to efficiently and surely oxidize metal aluminum and aluminum nitride and evaporate chloride as well and execute non-pollution treatment of aluminum dross residual ashes at the time of heat treating the aluminum dross residual ashes.

The aluminum dross residual ashes are heated to a temp. range of ≥1100°C in the final by a heating burner to oxidize the residual metal aluminum in the aluminum dross residual ashes. At the time of removing the nitrogen components and chlorine components, the aluminum dross residual ashes are crushed in parallel with heating when the heating atmosphere of the aluminum dross residual ashes rises up to ≥850°C. An oxygen burner is used as the heating burner of that time.
