Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time for separating a mixture of raw material fluids that are fragmented once to independent raw material fluids again and to ensure efficient chemical operations when performing chemical operation such as extraction, separation, and reaction.SOLUTION: A treatment apparatus 1 of the present invention is a treatment apparatus 1 for allowing two types of raw material fluids 2a and 2b different in specific gravity to contact to each other and performing chemical operation in a portion in which the two raw material fluids contact to each other, and comprises: a separation tank 5 containing the two types of raw material fluids 2a and 2b while separating those in two layers of upper and lower layers; and a multiple flow path member 6 that is arranged in the separation tank 5 and includes a plurality of very narrow flow paths 7 in which the raw material fluid 2a in the upper layer of the separation tank 5 contacts to the raw material fluid 2b in the lower layer. Each of the very narrow flow paths 7 includes: a first flow path 9 formed to vertically penetrate the multiple flow path member 6, and guiding the intake raw material fluid 2b in the lower layer from a lower side of the multiple flow path member 6 to an upper side of the multiple flow path member 6; and a second flow path 10 meeting the first flow path 9 and introducing the intake raw material fluid 2a in the upper layer into the first flow path 9.
