Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently treat mercury in the exhaust gas of a cement kiln.SOLUTION: There is provided a cement kiln exhaust gas treatment device 1 comprising: an adsorbent addition apparatus 2, in accordance with the concentration of mercury in the exhaust gas G2 of a cement kiln, selecting whether an adsorbent A adsorbing mercury is added to the exhaust gas G1 of the cement kiln or not; a dust collector 3 of collecting dust included in the exhaust gas G1 of the cement kiln; a plurality of storage apparatuses 6 (6A to 6D) fractionating collected dust D0 in accordance with the addition or not of the adsorbent and storing the same; and carrier passages 10 connected to each of a plurality of the storage apparatuses and carrying the dust D1 to D4 exhausted from the storage apparatuses to the outside of the system of a raw material feeder to the cement kiln or/and a firing apparatus including the cement kiln. The absorbent addition apparatus controls the amount of the adsorbent to the exhaust gas of the cement kiln in accordance with the mercury concentration in the exhaust gas of the cement kiln, and a plurality of the storage apparatuses can perform fractionation and storage in accordance with the addition or not of the adsorbent and in accordance with the addition amount thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
