A treatment device is composed of a base part equipped with a discharge path for compact cakes while having a discharge port on the top end thereof, a press heating device forming a slot for can containers on the front face of a housing arranged on the base part, having a lid body in which guides are respectively provided on both the sides of a rear face of the slot so that the lid body can be opened/closed while being equipped with a first heating element on the lower end face of a presser to be moved up and down by the operation of a hydraulic cylinder installed on the upper part of the housing, a movable substrate in which a gate equipped with a second heating element on the upper end face while opening/closing a drop port provided on the lower end of the housing and an extruder for cake discharge is provided, and installed to be moved forward and backward, a liquid container provided inside a discharge path for discharging the cakes by mounting a filter element on a wide opening provided on the upper part and having a flow-down port provided on the lower part downward, and a deodorizer equipped with a filter for removing powder dust in the air, an exhaust blower and a malodor removing device.
