1533315 Feeds from white wine residues E REMY MARTIN & CO 8 July 1976 [8 July 1975] 28476/76 Addition to 1478874 Heading A2B [Also in Divisions C1 and C6] A biomass for use in animal foods is produced by centrifuging the residue from a distillation still containing the wine yeasts from white grape pulp, so as to eliminate the solid materials, cooling the resulting clarified medium to 20-25‹C, inoculating the medium massively with a preculture medium with Penicillium commune Thom, Penicillium expansum Link or Penicillium frequenters Westl, allowing to ferment and separating the biomass produced.
