Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely recover and discharge a trace component such as a chlorine component contained in drainage as solid by neutralizing drainage by a neutralizer and concentrating the neutralized slurry to deposite dissolved salts and supplying a part of the concentrated slurry to a solid-liquid separator and separating and discharging solid.
SOLUTION: Firstly, drainage containing a taken out chlorine compound is sent to a neutralization chamber 18 and neutralized by slaked lime supplied from a duct 19. Then, the obtained neutralized slurry is successively sent from a duct 20 to a preheater 50 and a gas separator 51 and respectively heated to remove gas components and thereafter supplied to the concentrated liquid tank 53 of an autovapor compression type concentrator 52. The heated neutralized slurry is pulled out from the lower part by a pump 57 and allowed to flow down through concentration pipes 55 from the upper space 54. Concentrated neutralized slurry is pulled out by the pump 57 and again circulated from a duct 58 into the upper space 54 to obtain concentrated slurry. Thereafter, a part of the concentrated slurry is supplied to a solid-liquid separator 63 through a duct 62 and solid 72 is separated and discharged.
