PURPOSE: To prevent environmental pollution caused by waste water of organic contamination formed from garbage, by decomposing in advance biologically unstable substances contained in the garbage, then by compressing the stabilized garbage.
CONSTITUTION: Garbage etc. is charged into a hopper and is sent to a fermentation tank with a belt conveyor, where it is subjected to fermentation for several days. The temp. in the tank reaches to about 70°C by fermentation, hereby most of the garbage is decomposed, contaminated water evaporates, and the malodor is removed. Then the garbage is taken out of the fermentation tank, transmitted with a belt conveyor to a compressing unit, where it is compressed by a pressing plate to form a block. The block is packed and is buried in a reclaiming land, hereby the environmental pollution caused by waste water of organic contamination produced from the garbage is prevented.
