Abstract:
To provide a treatment method of livestock excreta enabling the recovery of useful energy resources from livestock excreta and useful for reutilizing waste as various fertilizers or energy sources.
In a treatment method of livestock excreta, livestock excreta is separated into a solid and a liquid by solid-liquid separation and the solid is subjected to drying treatment until the water content thereof becomes 70% or less to be composted. In addition, the liquid obtained by solid-liquid separation is subjected to methane fermentation to recover methane.
