To recover an acid and alkali of high quality at a low cost by sufficiently removing impurities contained in an inorganic salt-containing waste fluid.
A treatment apparatus of the inorganic salt-containing waste fluid is equipped with an impurity removing device 10 for removing impurites from the inorganic salt-containing waste fluid and an electrodialyser 20 for separating the waste fluid after pretreatment into an acid solution and an alkali solution by electrodyalysis to recover both solutions. The impurity removing device 10 is equipped with a crystallizer 12 for precipitating the inorganic slat contained in the waste fluid, a salt separator 13 for separating the precipitated inorganic salt from a filtrate, a dissolving tank 14 for producing a solution of the separated inorganic salt, and a concentrator 15 for evaporating and concentrating the filtrate formed in the salt separator 13, so that the filtrate after concentration formed in the concentrator 15 is supplied to the crystallizer 12.
