The treatment method for the mixture composed of organic resources and the treating materials for the organic resources which recovers the treating materials for the used organic resources from the organic resource treatment equipment and converts the recovered mixture to special organic fertilizers comprises preparing the special organic fertilizers by feeding the treating materials for the used organic resources collected from the organic resource treatment equipment into a cleaning drum, feeding water or an aqueous medium into the cleaning drum, allowing the materials to stand still to dissolve the sugar components and salt components existing in the treating materials for the used organic resources into the water or the aqueous medium, separating the materials by specific gravity differences to suspensions and precipitates, dewatering these materials, removing impurities from the mixture, mixing organic matter with residues, agitating the mixture, maturing the same, adding inorganic matter with the mixture, mixing the same, maturing the mixture, heat treating the mixture and subjecting the mixture to deodorizing and removal of microorganisms, disease and insect pests and their eggs.
