Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment apparatus of hardly decomposable substances-containing water which can be applied to water containing reducing substances, such as bisulfites, neutralizing free chlorine, and can efficiently detoxify hardly decomposable substances at a low cost without limitation of the properties of contained hardly decomposable substances when detoxifying the hardly decomposable substances, such as dioxins, contained in polluted water (raw water to be treated).SOLUTION: The treatment apparatus of hardly decomposable substances-containing water includes an adsorbent adding part, a first membrane filtration processing part, a back-wash processing part, a chemical decomposition part, a second membrane filtration processing part in which separated permeable water by the first membrane filtration processing part separates water containing concentrated hardly decomposable substances and permeable water using a reverse osmosis membrane or a nanofilter, and a sending back part in which the water containing concentrated hardly decomposable substances separated by the second membrane filtration processing part sends back to the adsorbent adding part.
