Title:
TREATMENT OF MUD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3800375
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the vol. of dredged mud while saving a solidifying material.
SOLUTION: At first, mud 1 is dredged from the bottom of sea, lakes and marshes or rivers and, subsequently, the dredged mud 1 is once charged into a sedimentation basin 3 through a pressure sending pipe 2 and, thereafter, the sedimented dredged mud 4 is sucked by a sand pump 5 to be charged into a stirring tank 6. Next, delayed curable cement 7 is added to the stirring tank 6 under stirring as a delayed curable solidifying agent to form mixed mud 8, which is, in turn, sent to a place where a water permeable bag member 11 is arranged through a sand pump 9 and a mud feed pipe 10 to fill the water permeable bag member 11 with mixed mud to be allowed to stand for a predetermined period. Next, the water permeable bag member 11 after allowed to stand is fed out to be reutilized as a ground level raising material, a bank material or a landfilling material.
