Abstract:

To provide a treatment system 1 for an endoscope which can provide appropriate markings in any cases wherein the treatment is executed under a normal screen W and under an magnifying screen T.

The treatment system 1 for an endoscope includes a marking wire 4, a guide tube 3 for inserting the marking wire 4 to pass through, and a cylindrical hood 2 is mounted on the external circumference of the top of an endoscope 6, and the top of the cylindrical hood 2 has a guide member 28 to guide the front of the marking wire 4 to the neighborhood of a treatment site. The guide member 28 guides the front of the marking wire 4 with such a first projection angle α that the treatment site may be imaged by the normal screen W of the endoscope 6, when not making contact with the treatment site. while the guide member 28 guides the front of the marking wire 4 with such a second projection angle β that the treatment site may be imaged by the magnifying screen T of the endoscope 6, due to the guide member 28 being oppressed by the contact, when making contact with the treatment site.
