To provide a treatment system for combustible waste capable of efficiently utilizing the combustible waste as a fuel source even if a delivery tank is not arranged, and a treatment method using the same.
Waste urethane compressed and solidified in a recycling factory is crushed by a crusher 2 so that a particle size becomes 10-20 mm and the crushed urethane is sent under pressure from a nozzle 5 by the compressed air from a compressor 6 to be charged in a mobile tank 4. Thereafter, the mobile tank 4 is towed by a truck or the like to be transported to cement manufacturing equipment and the waste urethane is delivered by a screw conveyor 8 arranged on the bottom part of the tank 4 to be charged in a storage tank 12. Further, the waste urethane in the storage tank 12 is supplied to a burner 15 of a cement kiln 14 by a metering feeder 13 to be utilized as a fuel.
