The treatment system 1 comprises an image diagnosis apparatus 2, an ultrasonograph 3 and an ultrasonic treatment apparatus 4. A treatment position on a subject on the ultrasonic treatment apparatus 4 is determined by information captured, according to a first treatment plan region, about a second treatment plan region. The first treatment plan region is a region specified according to a reference image that is tomographic data extracted from volume data on a multi-slice image picked up by the image diagnosis apparatus 2, and the second treatment plan region is a region specified according to an ultrasonic image acquired by an ultrasonic probe 14 of the ultrasonograph 3.
