Abstract:
To easily change the layout of a treatment tool externally fitted to an endoscope.
The treatment tool 7 has two outside channels 8 and 9, and the sheath 15 of grip forceps 10 and the sheath 21 of a clip 11 are put through each of the channels 8 and 9. The tip ends of the channels 8 and 9 are fitted to a support member 30, which has two through holes for putting the sheaths 15 and 21 formed in parallel. Through the second outside channel 9, a fixed cap 31 is extended rotatably around its axis, and the fixed cap 31 is fitted to the tip end part of the insertion part 3 of the endoscope 1.
