To perform cauterization without replacing a treatment tool and to shorten treatment time by providing a pipe line in an insertion direction inside an insertion part, feeding air, feeding water and washing the blood of a bleeding part or the like.
A pipe 13 is provided along the insertion direction in the insertion part 2 of this treatment tool for an endoscope, one end of it is communicated to a port and the other end is communicated to a tip opening provided with a treatment part 3. A gas cylinder is connected through a port and gas 15 is fed from the gas cylinder through the pipe line 13 to the bleeding part 11 from a clearance 14 between the treatment part 3 and the insertion part 2. Thus, the blood 12 at a bleeding point 12a is blown away. A regulator is connected and a filter is attached to the gas cylinder, and flow rate adjustment and impurity removal are performed. Thus, the bleeding point 12a is exposed and the cauterization by a high-frequency current is effectively performed.
