Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable supply of treated water at all times by forming an electric field to cover all cross sectional area of watercourse for flowing water for food processing and exposing the water flowing through the pipe to the electric field.
CONSTITUTION: A piping 1 is installed horizontally and electrodes 2, 3 are provided interposing the piping 1. Discharge and conduction of electricity between the electrodes 2, 3 or through the water 6 flowing through the pipe 1 are inhibited, further, the electric field is formed so as to cover all area of the cross section of the pipe 1. The flow rate of the water 6 is adjusted so as to flow through the formed electric field using 20W3min flowing time.
