Title:
TREMBLER BUILT-IN INTEGRATED CIRCUIT FOR OSCILLATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5567163
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve reliability, and to standardize a unit circuit, by forming the unit circuit by integrally mounting a trembler with a semiconductor active element.

CONSTITUTION: An IC is constituted in such a manner that a bipolar transistor 2 and resistance 3 are made up on an Si chip 1. A trembler 6 for an oscillator is united with a lead 5 on an insulating layer 4 on a surface of the chip. Electrodes 7 are installed onto the up-and-down surfaces of the trembler 6. Since connecting locations in this circuit are few, reliability is advanced and several circuit element is disposed on the same chip and in the same vessel according to this constitution, the temperature of elements is uniformalized, noises from the outside are interrupted and a stable oscillation circuit is obtained. Since there is no necessity for forming oscillation circuits every device, the circuit is simplified.
