Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trestle for a solar panel and its construction method in which a solar panel can be installed on each sloped land of a different sloping angle.SOLUTION: A substrate frame 1 on which a solar panel is arranged is supported by a head part of a foundation pile 3 which penetrates vertically into the inside of the ground of a sloped land with remaining the head part aboveground, first rotation means A is arranged between the substrate frame 1 and the head part of the foundation pile 3, and the first rotation means A is for making the substrate frame 1 rotatable against the foundation pile 3 with a rotation center axis that has an axis direction of the vertical direction or the almost vertical direction as the center. In the substrate frame 1, a beam member 5 including a flange part 13 which is a solar panel arrangement surface on that the solar panel is arranged is rotatable by second rotation means B so that the beam member 5 has a sloping angle corresponding to the slope of the sloped land against a joist member 4 arranged through the first rotation means A at the head part of the foundation pile 3.
