PURPOSE: To make the trial coating work easily by providing a turntable provided with a table face for coating a coating agent in a trial coating device for the coating agent for trial coating when the coating agent is applied to a printed circuit board.

CONSTITUTION: When a push-up plate 12 is lifted up by the actuation of a second cylinder 13, a trial coating device 23 is also lifted up, and when a printed circuit board 1 is positioned, a table face 32 is almost on the same level as the upper face of the printed circuit board 1. Trial coating is applied on the table face 32 by a coater 19, and the regular coating is applied to the given position on the printed circuit board 1. A turntable 31 is turned by 180° reciprocatingly in one direction indicated by the arrow mark D after the given quantity of a coating agent 21' adhering to the table face 32, and the coating agent is scraped off by a scraper 37 and the table face 32 is cleaned. Then the turntable 31 is turned by 180° to drop the coating agent 21' scraped off directly from the table face 32 onto a receiving tray 34 or drop into a discharge channel 33, and guided and stored in the receiving tray 34.
