To provide a triarylamine derivative having good sensitivity and also maintaining prescribed sensitivity for a long time, and an electrophotographic photosensitive material by utilizing the triarylamine derivative.

This triarylamine derivative contains a multiple number of hydrazones. The electrophotographic photosensitive material by utilizing the triarylamine derivative is also provided.
